It is often assumed that teams will function effectively by simply bringing together a group of highly skilled people, and then leaving them to deliver the required results. However, usually this doesn"t work!

This programme is designed for managers at all levels, and with a wide range of experience. It will be of particular benefit for those about to embark on a team-based project, especially if they are new to team-working. Equally though it will enable experienced team-workers to improve the effectiveness of their contribution and experienced team-leaders to enhance their leadership skills.
