This training course will ensure that nothing is left to chance in this key area of activity.

The course will provide an insight in simple but effective tools to enable this complex web to be understood, particularly in the area of supplier portfolio analysis and relationship mapping. There will be an emphasis on practical applications of the tools using live case study work and a number of simulation exercises designed to focus on the necessary skills of relationship building, influencing and leadership in the context of SRM.
