CP Training Courses Strategic Procurement SkillsWorld class procurement capabilities require the development in staff of advanced procurement skills and strategic awareness.A strategic approach to procurement can give organisations a competitive advantage by maximising benefits received in return for spend. The senior and experience participants who attend this course learn to identify practical ways to add value to the business, the skills to develop procurement strategies and tactical alternatives, develop and operate vendor base management and Supplier Development systems, apply Sustainable Development principles to their business and apply the Total Cost of Ownership (TCoO) concept.
