Practical Materials Storage Management

A 5-day course.

Equip your front line warehouse and storage supervisors with the knowledge and skills that will enable them to:
• Manage, organise and operate the storage regime and environment most appropriate to the materials in their care
• Ensure that your storage operations are conducted to the highest Health, Safety and Environmental standards
• Provide a level of service that leaves their customers fully satisfied.

This course is designed for line supervisors who have a responsibility for stock management including materials storage, materials handling and transport operations. Experience could range from ex-storemen with many years experience to newly recruited graduates on management development programmes.

• Industrial compressed gases - storage and transport

• Drummed acids and corrosives- storage and transport
• Vehicle and equipment routine maintenance
• HSE management in logistics operations
• Preservation of materials and equipment in storage
• Manual handling.
