This course is exactly about working Smarter and what this actually means in practice. It provides a range of techniques to determine how best to use of your time and all of your working day to achieving meaningful results. It includes an appreciation of the essential thought-processes that engage your commitment to working this way, everyday.

With the continuing increase in workloads and higher expectations by bosses, and the speed of technological features, the potential for our efficiency can be easily threatened. The consequence of these circumstances can fuel the potential for stress to take a hold, which can not only deplete our competencies further but may also damage our health.

Key to personal effectiveness is the prioritising and scheduling of work so that not only are deadlines achieved but you have made the time to concentrate on those matters that are most important, ensuing a higher quality outcome.

Successful people channel their strengths and talents to achieving this outcome which then, with time, self-monitoring and personal commitment, can become a habit, which then enables an effective individual who has the capability to take more responsibility within the organisation.   • Have learned techniques and processes to be able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Be able to prioritise their workload and time in a way that contributes to the business goals of the organisation and supports their bosses.
  • Have the competencies to organise their workload in a way that ensures they fulfil their targets and deadlines, achieved in a way that embraces their creativity.
  • Have developed a personal action plan to make a meaningful and measurable difference in their fulfilment of managing multiple tasks, prioritising and meeting their deadlines
