This in-depth programme develops the ability of participants to focus on performance management principles that are prevalent within organisations, enabling them to identify key development issues at the individual level.

The programme is developed for those managers in an organisation who are accountable for the improvement of the performance of others, either directly as their Line Manager or as advisors/counsellors from within the HR function.
