This introductory programme provides a foundation for those people who want to learn about the important role that the Human Resources dpartment fulfills in present day organisations.  The programme follows the entire employee lifecycle from selection through induction, managing performance, rewarding, developing into retirement.


The programme is designed for staff who are new to the HR function as well as HR practitioners who currently perform an operational role and want to gain a broader understanding of their role and contribution.
