Question: What is the price of a 5-day course in London?
Answer: The price of each course is shown at the end of the course description on this website. Accommodation is not included in the price, and VAT is payable in all cases.
Question: What does the course fee include?
Answer: Course materials, Attendance Certificate, use of Conference Facilities, buffet lunch and Tea/Coffee/Biscuits during the day.
Question: Is it possible to pay for my course using a credit card?
Answer: Yes - you may pay by credit card through our Paypal account. Access to this simple, reliable and secure system can be found on the Nominations page.
Question: What are the working hours for the course?
Answer: 9.15 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. with breaks for reshfreshments and lunch. Please be on time, especially for Registration on the first day. It is also recommended that you arrive in London the day before the course starts, e.g. on Sunday/or Saturday ... but not Monday.
Question: Do we have to pay VAT?
Answer: Yes, Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate is payable on all Invoices for courses delivered within the UK. The British Government enforces this strictly; invoices must be paid in full, including VAT.
Question: Will you provide a Visa Invitation Letter?
Answer: CP Training is accredited by the British Accreditation Council and the UK Border Agency will accept our Joining Instruction as proof that you are registered for a bona fide short course. Visa Invitation Letters are no longer required. For people requiring a visa our Joining Instruction letter will include the participants passport details and should suffice for your local British Consular office to issue a "Student Visitor" visa.
Question: Can you assist us with hotel accommodation?
Answer: We have arranged specially discounted rates for two hotels close to our Victoria venue. Please go to the webpage "Accommodation Options" where you will find contact details for these and several other local hotels. Be sure to quote"CP Training" in order to get the discounted rates.
Question: What is the dress code for the course?
Answer: Smart casual.
Question: How do I get from Heathrow Airport to Victoria Station?
Answer: Taxi from Heathrow airport is approx £55 (approx 50 minutes)
Answer: There is an Express Train from Heathrow to Paddington £14.50 each way (approx 15 minutes), and then take the Circle Line to Victoria.
Question: How do I get from Gatwick Airport to Victoria?
Answser: The Gatwick Express train service runs every 15 minutes from Gatwick to Victoria - approx £16.00 each way (approx 30 minutes).
