Facilitation of Change in the Supply Chain

Making changes happen is often a difficult and painful experience for the people on the ground.

This course is designed for Staff in all functions at the tactical level who are required to contribute to the effective introduction of new supply chain concepts, practices, process improvements and relationships. Line supervisors, junior supervisors and contractor staff can all benefit from this course.

The course provides participants with:

• an understanding of: the dynamics of the change process in the context of the total supply chain
• an understanding of: how their efforts to facilitate change across the supply chain can be enhanced by an understanding of the change process
• a range of techniques and tolls to enable them to facilitate change. This is especially relevant to the context of relationships with contractors and suppliers.
