This programme provides an introduction in the meaning and potential of Emotional Intelligence. It leads its participants through a consideration of the impact of emotions in the workplace and their own emotional experiences. This understanding then provides the foundation of the developed learning of how Emotional Intelligence can be applied to benefit the corporate environment.
