Competency profiling and training needs analysis

The Consortium is able to provide advice and assistance with the production of development plans for supply chain staff.

A simple but effective process has been developed that facilitates the development of job competence profiles. These are then the basis for the production of departmental and individual development plans, based upon individual competence assessment and gap identification.
