This five-day residential programme is designed to train and equip in-house personnel and trainers with the core coaching competences and the appreciation of their contribution to the development of a Coaching Culture. The programme will develop the skills of the participants in coaching with a focus on the fundamentals of coaching preparation, interactions with coachees and the development of a consistent discipline of cultural ethics and principles. 24th to 28th April 2006 at Selkirk.
