A 3-day workshop style event intended for senior executives from organisations seeking ways of enhancing competitive advantage through maximising staff contribution.

This workshop is designed for senior executives who have the responsibility for deciding on the succession planning philosophy within their company and will focus on the benefits, features, risks and consequences, and what is meant by a coaching culture. At the end of the workshop participants will be able to determine whether this approach is right for their organisation and how it should be implemented.
