Identifying and Implementing Business Process Improvements

Continuous business improvement doesn't just happen!

Develop skills in Business Process Analysis, Re-engineering and Improvement.

This workshop style programme will give participants tools, understanding and skills that will enable them to contribute to enhancing your business processes. Participants are expected to be in a position to be able to implement improvements to the business. Attendees will be required to bring a business improvement project, which they are intending to implement within their operating company.

The course provides participants with:

• the ability to bring about change to a part of the business in which they are currently working
• the tools and competencies required for process improvement
• the tools and competencies for the implementation of change
• an understanding of their own development needs
• a plan for a business process improvement project.
